Students will learn choreography and skills on Monday and perform for the judging panel on Tuesday, including a short interview. This process allows each student to practice and show how well they retain and perform material.

Home Game vs North Forsyth(Senior Night)

Be sure to check flashofcrimson.com and cuttime for specific details about the marching band.

Senior Night is Friday, October 31st, 2025 (Halloween Night). Parents/Guardians are invited to dress up (or not) to join their Seniors for this special evening! The pre-game schedule is as follows:

6:00 - 6:15 p.m. - Parents/Guardians arrive at Forsyth Central. We will be meeting outside the stub near the practice field (round, red tables) for pictures and Senior parent swag and the pinning of the sashes on the students after their practice.

6:35 p.m. - Begin moving to the Stadium. We will line up in alphabetical order (student with parents/guardians) by the student’s last name – Colorguard first, Band after.

6:50 p.m. - First Senior name is called with the announcement of their name, participation and plans after high school. The order will be football, cheerleading and then band (subject to change). Family will move out to the field to have their picture taken by BPI.

7:15 p.m. - Exit the field and go to the track to take quick pictures, then head to the stands to enjoy our Seniors and the Flash of Crimson Marching Band. This is our last home football game this 2025 season!

*Please note that all parents/guardians will need to purchase a ticket to the game prior to entering the stadium. Tickets can be purchased through Go Fan.

Questions: Contact Pam Walker at 954-790-9891 or prwinga8@gmail.com

Looking forward to celebrating our Seniors with you!

In this email you will find a lot of information about the concert, concert attire, and the Halloween Reception Party after the concert. Please send me an email with any questions or concerns! Thank you in advance!

Concert Attire

All students are encouraged to dress up in fun costumes that represent the spooky music we are performing. They are allowed to dress up in halloween costumes - my only requirement is that students will need to be able to see me and play their instruments! If you do not want your child dressing up, they can wear concert black.

Concert Attendees Attire

Any concert attendees that are coming to the concert ( parents and younger siblings ) are also encouraged to dress up in costumes as well if they would like! We will be having a costume contest with a small prize at the reception!

Reception- Food Donations
We will be having a post concert reception/ Halloween party after the performance. I am asking that students help by bringing in something to share at the reception if possible. Freshmen & Sophomores are in charge of bringing in something Savory/Salty ( chips, dips, sliders, chicken nuggets, etc.)  Juniors & Seniors are in charge of bringing in something sweet/desserts (halloween candy, brownies, cookies, etc.). Your student can drop off their reception food at the report time on Monday or I can hold onto items in my office for students during class on Monday if needed. Sign up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C084EA5A82CA2FECE9-59488365-halloween

Decorations-Borrow
We also could use some decorations for the tables for where the food will be displayed. Also, if you have any fun blow up yard props/decorations that could help transform the PAC to be more spooky- you can bring them! I will have extension cords ready!! ( I will give it back right after the concert.)

Volunteer Opportunities
I am looking for volunteers to help set up for the concert after school around 4:30pm. I need help with setting up the reception tables with the food donations around 5:30pm. I need help with cleaning up after the concert around 7:30ish. If you are available to help at those times, please let me know and sign up on the sign up genius link! Thank you in advance!

Sign Up Genius Link- Click on this link to sign up
I have created a signup genius for you to let us know what you might bring so I can get an idea of what area I need to help with. I also have the volunteer sign up slot open as well. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C084EA5A82CA2FECE9-59488365-halloween

Thank you!

Thank you so much for reading all the way through this, I know it was a lot of information. I can’t wait for the concert and I’m looking forward to spending time with you all at the reception!

Have a great day!
