Just a few updates for the next couple of days!
Today’s rehearsal will be finished at 5:30pm! We have a lot going on the next two days, so let’s get out of here ASAP tonight!
Here’s an adjusted Schedule for the Marching Band for tomorrow to accommodate for Senior Night:
4-5pm Pre-Game Meal in Band Hallway. Leadership, please make sure we empty the trash cans and check the restrooms to make sure everything is clean!
5-5:30pm Set-up on Practice Field with EVERYTHING. All members should be in bibbers, dinkles, and black socks.
5:30-6:00pm Rehearse.
6:00-6:30pm Seniors need to go get dressed and get ready for Senior Night Recognition. Everyone else, move everything down to the Stadium. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING ON THE PRACTICE FIELD!! We’ve gotten bad about leaving cases, backpacks, water jugs, etc. on the back of the STUB….
6:30-6:50pm Get in Stands and get ready for Senior Night Recognition.
Below is the Timeline for the Seniors and their Families!
6:45pm - Seniors/families begin lining up on the track by the uprights away from the scoreboard. They will stop on the FC in the center of the field for photos, then exit towards the scoreboard. 3 important details below:
1. Senior parents/escorts do NOT get into the football game for free. They will need to purchase a ticket in order to get into the game and come down on the sidelines to escort their Senior. Please make sure all tickets are purchased PRIOR (GoFan) to the game!
2. Have a parent volunteer ensure everyone is lined up in the correct order.
Here is the Google Doc for the script so you can see the order. I will have printed copies as well.
3. There will be no group photo taken on the field once all names of each program are called. Families will be directed to exit the field and sidelines. All families need to be off of the sidelines by the time the last senior name is called.
6:50pm - First name is called (starting with football, cheer, then band)
April Escobar is in charge of any on field decorations.
We have 53 kids to get through, so please help make sure the flow is kept up so we can get through in plenty of time before kickoff! This is significantly less than our 80 from last year, so we should be able to do this with no problems.
7:15pm - Leave field, Senior announcements end
7:30pm - Kickoff
