Update 10/26

Greetings!

Congratulations on 2 Fantastic performances and a Grand Championship trophy at the North Georgia Marching Band Championships!  I’m so proud of the kids and the parents that worked so hard to make that happen!!

We’re on the last week of Marching Band!!  Let’s make it an awesome week!

Monday, October 27th

Since we’ll only have two facilities and it’ll be raining, the Drumline is off on Monday (don’t plan to hang around the bandroom as we’ll be using it for Wind Rehearsal)

Friday, October 31st

Home Game vs. North Forsyth (Senior Night).

Schedule:

4:00 Pregame Meal in Hallway

Here’s the link to order a Pre-Game meal and/or a 3rd Quarter meal.

4:30 Move to Practice Field

5:00 Rehearse

6:30 End rehearsal and start preparing for Senior Night festivities.

Senior Night Timeline:  Friday, October 31st

6:45pm - Seniors/families begin lining up on the track - 2 important details below:

1. Senior parents/escorts do NOT get into the football game for free. They will need to purchase a ticket in order to get into the game and come down on the sidelines to escort their Senior. Please make sure all tickets are purchased PRIOR (GoFan) to the game!

2. Have a parent volunteer ensure everyone is lined up in the correct order.

6:50pm - First name is called (starting with football, cheer, then band)

  • Football has opted to not have a balloon arch. We will have it in place once football is done so cheer and band can use it. All programs will have the FC backdrop that’s in the media center to use for photos.

  • We have 80 kids to get through, so please help make sure the flow is kept up so we can get through in plenty of time before kickoff!

7:15pm - Leave field, Senior announcements end

7:30pm - Kickoff

Saturday, November 1st
