Weekly update 9/14/25
Greetings,
We put on our first performance with props and uniforms! We only have about a minute and a half to put on to finish the show! For the kids that didn’t have jackets, the jackets we ordered should be in by next week, so we’ll be good there.
Thanks to everyone that helped Friday night, from concessions to prop crews to chaperones, to the parents that did the Pre-Game meal! We couldn’t do it without you! I know it was crazy getting onto the field, but we’ll have time to practice all of that in the coming weeks, so that it will be more organized. But I just wanted to get everything out there that we could.

Away Game vs. Alpharetta.
We will NOT be performing at Halftime as this is Alpharetta’s Homecoming. I know that there are students that won’t be there to get ready for Fall Break vacations.
If you are NOT going to the Alpharetta Game, please take a moment and fill this form out (even if you have emailed a director). This is for the chaperones to know who’s not going to be there. Once you fill out the form, you don’t need to send a director an email (clogs up my inbox!)
Wear your Show Shirt, shorts or pants as you like. Feel free to accessorize with GOLD gear as it’s a GOLD OUT theme for Friday.

We do NOT have any rehearsals during Fall Break. I’ll be on vacation, so I will probably not be checking my email that week :) Just a heads-up!

Saturday Camp from 9am-5pm. This will be a day to tidy up the show, learn body movements, dial in sound levels for electronics and clean the show going into the Forsyth County Band Exhibition on October 6th!
