Greetings everyone,

I hope we all had a great weekend! Here’s the upcoming schedule:

Monday, August 17th

Woodwind, Drumline and Guard Sectional 4-6pm

Tuesday, August 18th

Full Band Rehearsal 4-5:15pm. We’re stopping early so that students and parents can attend the Meet and Greet that starts at 5:30.

Thursday, August 20th

Full Band Rehearsal 4-6:30pm

Friday, August 21th

Home Football Game vs. Creekview HS

I’ll have more information coming soon about the Creekview Game, but here’s the general idea.

Here’s the link for Pre-Game AND 3rd Quarter meals. Make sure you order the correct meal!

4:00-5:45 – Rehearse on the Practice Field in Full Band.

6:00 – Pre-Game Meal in the Bandroom Hallway.

6:50 - Move to the Stadium

7:20 - National Anthem

7:30 - Kick-off

We should have out “Rach Symphony” Show Shirts for the members, so we’ll wear that with dark shorts and athletic shoes.

Next week:

August 24th

Brass/Drumline/Colorguard Sectional 4-6pm

August 25th

Full Band Rehearsal 4-6:30pm

August 27th

Full Band Rehearsal 4-6:30pm

August 28th

Away Game vs. Pope HS. We won’t be performing the Halftime show at Pope. More details will come out next week.

4-5pm - Pregame Meal in the Bandroom Hallway

5pm – Set-up on Practice Field for quick Rehearsal and Show Run. Parents are welcome to attend.

5:45pm – Load Trailer. We will NOT be taking the Front Ensemble equipment or props.

6:00pm – Depart for Pope HS.

7:00pm – Arrive and Unload.

7:30pm – Kick-off

We should be back around 10:45-11ish.
