Tucker’s update 9/20
Greetings,
Thank you to everyone that came out for the Mattress Sale! I know it was brutally hot, but you all did an amazing job! Next up is putting on a great 8th grade night on Thursday!!
Monday, September 21st
Woodwind/Colorguard/Drumline Sectional 4pm-6pm
Tuesday, September 22nd
Full Band Rehearsal 4pm-6:30pm
Thursday, September 24th
Home Football Game vs. Denmark HS. This is also the Band 8th Grade Night!
It’s looking like it will be cooler on Thursday, so bring your Bibbers, Dinkles, and Black Socks. We’ll wear our uniforms for the game!!
We’ll be feeding our band AND the 8th graders Pizza before the game (see schedule below). Here’s the link for the 3rd Quarter Meal:

Schedule:
4:00pm Set-up EVERYTHING on the Practice Field and be in Bibbers, Dinkles, and Black Socks!
4:15pm Rehearse
5:00pm Come to Cafeteria and meet 8th Graders in Cafeteria
5:30-6:00pm – Eat Pizza, hang with the “Flash of Crimson” Members and a quick Meeting with Band Directors, Mr. Tucker and Mrs. Caputo.
6:00-6:30pm – Music Rehearsal in the FCHS Cafeteria with “Flash of Crimson” Band.
6:30-7:00pm – Practice the Half-Time show with the “Flash of Crimson” Marching Band.
7:00pm – Move to stands.
7:24pm – We’ll play the National Anthem in the Stands.
7:30pm – The game starts. We’ll play Stands music for the 1st and 2nd Quarter.
8:30ish – Halftime. We’ll move the 8th graders and the Flash of Crimson out on the Field to play a few Stand songs. The 8th graders will come to the front of the field to watch the Flash of Crimson perform their Field Show.
8:45ish – Halftime ends. 8th graders and their Buddies walk back to Cafeteria for dismissal of the 8th graders. Band members will take 3rd quarter break and return to the stands for 4th quarter.
10:00ish - Game ends. Pack up and head home.
We do NOT have any practices or games over Fall Break!
